Learn Indian cooking at its best with two formidable figures in the industry, Mridula Baljekar and Ashwani Kumar

Mridula and Ashwani will take you through a colourful culinary journey where you will learn the magic and mystic of spice mixing, blending and cooking Indian food that is second to none. You will cook a 3-course meal guided by them, watch a demonstration of how naans and kebabs are grilled in the tandoor oven and taste them hot off the oven. There will be a lunch break of approximately 45 minutes and lunch will be provided by the restaurant. What you cook yourself during your lesson will be yours to take home.

All ingredients, cooking utensils, chopping boards and knives will be provided by Mango Lounge. Just bring your apron! You will also be given printed recipes for your lesson
